The clauses below apply to every visit to Flirtist AI.

1. These terms govern every visit to Flirtist AI and apply from the moment a page is opened.

2. By continuing to browse, a visitor confirms being at least 18 years of age.

3. All personalities presented on Flirtist AI are invented. No profile represents a living person.

4. All portraits are generated artwork and must not be presented elsewhere as photographs of real individuals.

5. Conversations are provided for entertainment, storytelling and light company only.

6. Nothing written in a conversation is advice of a medical, legal, financial or psychological nature.

7. A visitor in distress should contact a qualified local service rather than rely on a conversation.

8. Content on Flirtist AI is kept deliberately tasteful and non-explicit, and requests for explicit material are declined.

9. Harassment, threats, hate speech and unlawful requests are not permitted in any conversation.

10. Attempts to present a personality as a minor are strictly prohibited and end access immediately.

11. Automated collection, scraping or bulk copying of pages is not permitted without written consent.

12. Text, layout, illustration and naming on Flirtist AI remain the property of their respective owners.

13. Short quotations with a visible link back to the source page are permitted.

14. A visitor keeps ownership of anything they personally write into a chat form.

15. A visitor grants permission to process submitted text only for the purpose of continuing the conversation.

16. Availability is offered on a reasonable-effort basis and no uninterrupted service is promised.

17. Pages, profiles and features may be added, revised or withdrawn at any time.

18. External destinations linked from Flirtist AI are operated by third parties and carry their own terms.

19. Responsibility for any loss arising from use of an external destination rests with that operator.

20. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law.

21. Where a clause is found unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue in force unchanged.

22. Access may be withdrawn from any visitor who breaks these terms.

23. Continued use after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
